At the helm of our nutrition program is Director of Wellness, Registered Dietitian, Melissa Ireland. Each guest will meet privately with Melissa for a nutrition assessment and personalized guidance. In addition to nutrition counseling, healthy cooking demos and evening group education sessions are available.

 

Our nutrition philosophy is rooted in "mindful eating" of whole, locally grown, unprocessed food. Our seasonal inspired, plant powered menu will enhance your body’s natural mechanisms to cleanse, detoxify and energize. Our culinary team prepares fresh, nutritious and hearty, Vegetarian, "spa quality" cuisine that will satisfy your appetite and support your health goals. Menu items featured are anti-oxidant rich, anti-inflammatory, heart-healthy and well balanced for optimal energy. The daily menu includes three nutritionally balanced meals, healthy snacks, and happy hour at the Sycamore Lodge juice bar!
